What you'll build

One course. One outcome:
your day one.

Every student leaves with a sharpened idea, a full brand, a live website on their own domain, a defined product, and a working payment system. Everything you need to start finding customers, built properly and ready to go.

01

The Idea

Take a vague idea and sharpen it. Who it's for. What it solves. Why it matters. Walk away with a one-page brief that actually means something.

02

The Research

Use AI to study the market, understand the audience, and find the angle. Real research, not guesswork.

03

The Brand

Name, logo, colors, typography, voice. Build an identity that looks like it was made by a real designer, because it was.

04

The Website

Design and launch a live, professional site on your own domain using modern AI tools. Real hosting. Real launch.

05

The Product or Offer

Whatever you're selling, a service, a digital product, a booking, a course, a physical thing, get it structured, priced, and ready.

06

Payments & Setup

Stripe, checkout flows, business email, basic automations. The infrastructure to operate like a real business.

Bonus · Optional

Make It Official

Form an LLC, get an EIN, open a business bank account. Step by step, no legal background required.

Tools you'll use

The stack we build with.
Taught in context, not in isolation.

Claude is the AI we lean on. The rest is the actual stack you'll use to design, build, deploy, charge, and operate. Real tools, used the way real teams use them.

About · The teacher

Taught by a practitioner,
not a course-maker.

Based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Cohorts run online and locally. Direct feedback, every session, from someone who has shipped this work.

Led by a designer, marketer, and operator who has spent years building products, brands, and businesses from zero to launch.

This isn't a repackaged course. It's the exact process used to ship real work, taught in small cohorts with direct feedback. No pre-recorded video library. No 300-person Slack. A small group of serious people and someone who has done the thing.

If you're tired of watching other people ship, this is where you start.

Why it works

Four rules we don't break.

Non-negotiables. They're the reason students finish, and why the work is real when they leave.

01

Small cohorts, real feedback.

You're not watching videos. You're building with direct input from someone who has done the work.

02

Real deliverables.

Every module ends with something tangible. A brand, a site, a system. It's the final, not the syllabus.

03

Taught by a practitioner.

Years of building products, launching brands, and running businesses, distilled into hands-on work. Not a reseller of someone else's course.

04

Local & online.

Based in Santa Rosa Beach with in-person options. Or join from anywhere. Same room either way.

01
Who is this for?
Real people with an idea they want to build. Teens, adults, career-switchers, side-hustlers, stay-at-home parents, anyone who's been thinking about it long enough.
+
02
Do I need technical experience?
No. The course uses modern AI tools that let non-technical people build what used to require engineers. You'll learn the tools and the taste to use them well.
+
03
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded for cohort members. But the work happens live, that's where the feedback is. Show up if you can.
+
04
What tools will I use?
Claude is the AI we lean on. The core stack is Figma, Webflow, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, Linear, and Cursor. We also explore alternates like v0, Lovable, Framer, and ChatGPT so you know what's out there. Taught in context, not in isolation.
+
05
What's the difference between Day One and Day One for Kids?
Same curriculum, same outcome. Different pacing, language, and schedule. Day One is for adults on Tuesday/Thursday evenings. Day One for Kids runs after-school during the school year or as a 1-week summer intensive.
+
06
Is the LLC module required?
No. It's a bonus module for students who want to form a legal business entity. You can ship without it.
+
07
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within the first 7 days if it's not what you expected. After that, no refunds, you keep access to everything.
+
08
Can my company send multiple people?
